Holiday Leftover Crescent Rolls

Today we are going to talk about a delicious way to use leftover turkey or roasted chicken.  I don’t know about you, but I’m not a huge fan of reheated turkey or chicken by itself and there are almost always leftovers when you roast a bird. Whether they’re Thanksgiving leftovers or even some chicken from a Sunday dinner, this recipe will give you a delicious treat–you’ll look forward to having extra turkey or chicken leftovers. In this recipe, we also use leftover stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy.

Start with some store-bought crescent rolls, laying the triangles out flat on a baking sheet. On each triangle of dough, place a slice of Havarti cheese, some of the stuffing, followed by a spoonful of gravy, turkey or chicken, and, finally, cranberry sauce. Roll each triangle up the best you can and bake them at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. The flavors of everything in this roll, finished off with the pop of tartness from the cranberry sauce, work together so amazingly! It’s so delicious! Next time you have some of these leftovers in the fridge, I highly recommend trying this recipe. You will be adding it to your go-to list of leftover recipe favorites. Enjoy!
